I had to change my room multiple times during my stay. The first room was not what I booked, and the subsequent rooms had various issues, such as broken fixtures and a jammed door. All the details, none of the fluff
Spending ten nights here was delightful! The massive rooms felt luxurious with comfy beds. The staff, especially the wonderful Gabr Nassr and friendly Natashia, made our stay special. While dining amidst a huge selection could be hectic, the fun entertainment and beautiful surroundings more than compensate. Can’t wait to return!

Some rooms need cosmetic updates like tile replacements and fresh paint!!! The entertainment activities felt lacking at times, and it would have been nice to see some organized events throughout the day!!!

The place is stunning! I adored my spacious room and the cleanliness was spot-on. Plus, the food offered plenty of variety. loved the tea and coffee setup too.

We just spent 5 nights and loved every minute! The pools were a cozy spot to unwind, and snorkeling off the beach revealed stunning fish without needing gear. The only thing was the swimming pier hours could be longer, but it didn't take away from our great experience. don't forget to check out the Italian restaurant! 🐠
