I had to change my room multiple times during my stay. The first room was not what I booked, and the subsequent rooms had various issues, such as broken fixtures and a jammed door. Additionally, the reception staff were not helpful when I raised my concerns, making the experience even more frustrating.

Spending ten nights here was delightful! The massive rooms felt luxurious with comfy beds. The staff, especially the wonderful Gabr Nassr and friendly Natashia, made our stay special. While dining amidst a huge selection could be hectic, the fun entertainment and beautiful surroundings more than compensate. Can’t wait to return!

We spent 2 nights enjoying the lovely pool and tasty food at the snack bar. The staff were super helpful, especially the bartender who mixed great drinks. However, the WiFi seriously needs work. Overall, it was a chill spot for a quick family trip, but don’t expect fast internet!

aurora oriental resort sharm el sheikh was fantastic! the staff were so warm and helpful, especially mr ahmed sobhy and the restaurant team. i loved the morning activities and the delicious food selections. the outdoor pool was perfect for soaking up the sun, and the italian restaurant nearby was a gem.
